Timbre Thermal Workshops are a 2.5 hour guided experience that inspires relaxation, connection, and ongoing discovery through hot & cold exposure (hello Finnish sauna and individual cold tubs), breathwork for balance and harmony, and other wellness rituals inspired by bathhouse culture.

Our 2.5 hour workshops include the following:
30 minutes to orient yourself to the Timbre experience including a group welcome and introduction
90 minutes to explore the thermal cycle including Finnish sauna, individual cold plunges, a beautiful hot tub and a relaxation lounge
30 minutes to resolve and recharge with Kettl tea, snacks, and each other

Workshops must be booked in advance due to limited capacity.

You should bring your bathing suit, a comfortable change of clothes, anything you’d like to leave behind, and an open mind.

We provide SlowTide waffle bath towels, hand towels and robes; sandals; tea and snacks. We also have water for purchase.

There are restrooms and changing areas on site, but no showers. We will have personal care products (face wash, hand cream, hair elastics, etc.) available for use so you can freshen up at the end of your experience.

Absolutely not; however, we encourage you to let go of any doubt and give it a try. The hardest time is the first time. It gets easier with each plunge.

Our workshops include light snacks and Kettl tea at the end of the event.
There is also a newly opened restaurant, Milas, in the building if you are looking for a place to have dinner.

We limit our workshops to 21 people.

Currently, we are hosting weekly workshops on either Thursdays from 6-8:30PM or Fridays from 5-7:30PM. Dates and times are subject to change.

We are currently in residence 10 miles north of Boston at the new Gibson Point wellness courtyard in Revere, MA.
Gibson Point is the newest apartment dwelling at Gibson Park designed to support and elevate mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Yes! There is a free onsite parking lot.

Right now our workshops are for anyone 18+

We understand things come up. You can cancel up to 1 day before the event. Refunds are given up to 1 day before the registered event. Spots are transferrable to a friend or family member. All attendees must sign the waiver.
